Successful results in varied matters such as: Social Security disability appeals, insurance claims, civil rights cases, construction disputes, wrongful death claims, banking litigation, embezzlement recoveries and civil arson cases.

Notable cases include: Smith v. Cupp et al, 430 F. 3rd 766 (6th Cir. 2005).
